Notary Ciro de Vivo

Curriculum Vitae of the Notary

Notary Ciro de Vivo, born in Naples on the 2nd of December 1972, obtained his classical secondary-school diploma in 1990, with the mark of 60/60 cum laude, and subsequently his degree in Jurisprudence from the Faculty of Law of the Università Federico II of Naples on the 13th of March 1995, with the mark of 110/110 cum laude.

On the 20th of June 1998, he passed the examinations qualifying him to practise as an advocate, and thereafter prevailed in the notarial competitive examination called by Ministerial Decree No. 3/1998, ranking among the five youngest notaries in Italy.

He has practised since the 10th of July 2001 within the notarial district of Milan (in that year, the youngest notary of the District).

Professional Experience:

  • In 2001, he founded the Studio Notarile de Vivo.
  • From 2002 to 2009, he taught at the Notarial School of Lombardy.
  • In 2004 and 2005, he taught at Just Legal Service, a School of Legal Formation.
  • From 2010 to 2014, he lectured in the Master's Programme in Domestic and International Banking Law, organised by Ipsoa.
  • In 2011, he founded the Studio Notarile Associato Lainati – de Vivo, which continued, from 2015, as the Studio Notarile Associato de Vivo – Tacchini, thereafter becoming, from 2019 to August 2021, the Studio Notarile de Vivo – Tacchini – Cecala & Associati.
  • In September 2021, he founded the Studio Notarile de Vivo.

He has participated, as a speaker, in conferences upon matters of company law, and has contributed to the drafting of legal publications.

He holds a Master's degree in Company Law.

He has acquired significant experience in the fields of company law and extraordinary corporate transactions, real estate law and property finance, as well as in the arrangement of family estates.

Foreign Languages: An excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
