Any person, even one who is not a party to, nor directly interested in, the deed, may request the notary to issue one or more authenticated copies of a public notarial deed, upon payment of the relevant fees.
No justification or reason need be furnished in support of a request for a copy of a public notarial deed. Indeed, since such issuance is required by operation of law, the notary's release of copies does not infringe confidentiality, and the restrictions concerning the protection of personal data are accordingly inapplicable.
