Curriculum Vitae of the Notary
Notary Alberto Cervia, born in Borgomanero on the 28th of June 1987 and raised between his native town and the Lombard shore of Lake Maggiore, obtained his scientific secondary-school diploma and subsequently his degree in Jurisprudence from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan in the summer of 2014.
Resolved to pursue a notarial career, he attended the Viggiani notarial school, sitting his first competitive examination in November 2016. Having succeeded in that examination, he undertook his articled traineeship in Milan under the guidance of Notary Ciro de Vivo.
He has practised since 2019, following his appointment as a Notary by Ministerial Decree of the 29th of May 2019.
Professional Experience: In 2019, he founded his own practice in Bellinzago Novarese, which he conducted with considerable success and personal satisfaction. In 2022, he transferred his notarial seat to Lombardy, to Monza, at Via Italia No. 46, whilst simultaneously operating from a secondary practice in Milan, at Via Sant'Andrea No. 19, in the heart of the Fashion Quadrilateral.
On the 1st of May 2026, in union with Notary Ciro de Vivo, he founded the Association "dC Notai" — Studio Notarile Associato Ciro de Vivo and Alberto Cervia.
Foreign Languages: An excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
